United Reformed Church · Greenmount, Rossendale
A church with the kettle on and the door open.
We're a small, friendly congregation at the heart of the valley — worshipping together on Sundays and looking after our neighbours the rest of the week.

Whoever you are, wherever you've come from
Greenmount URC has stood on this hillside for over a century, but we're far more about the people than the stonework. Families with noisy toddlers, folk who've been in the same pew for fifty years, and people who wandered in last week all sit side by side here.
You don't need to dress up, know the hymns, or believe the right things first. Come as you are, stay for a brew, and see how you find us.

Services last around an hour. There's step-free access, a hearing loop, and a quiet corner at the back with toys if little ones need a wriggle.

Hymns old and new, a down-to-earth talk, and tea, coffee and biscuits afterwards. Children are always welcome.
Sundays · 10:45am
Junior Church
Children head out after the first hymn for crafts, stories and games in the hall, returning to join their families at the end.
First Sunday · 6:00pm
Quiet Communion
A short, reflective evening service with candlelight, silence and communion shared around the table.
Wednesdays · 9:30am
Midweek Prayer
Half an hour of open prayer for the village, the wider world and one another.
